Most orders across India are delivered within 4 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch. Metro cities typically receive orders in 3 to 5 days. You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your order ships.
Please read our full return and cancellation policy on the website. In general, we accept returns for products that are damaged or defective on arrival. We recommend giving any Ayurvedic supplement at least 4 to 6 weeks of consistent use before assessing whether it is working, as Ayurvedic medicines build their effect over time.

For general questions about a product’s ingredients, dosage, and intended use, we are happy to help. For questions about interactions with specific medications, use during pregnancy, or treatment of diagnosed medical conditions, please consult a doctor or registered Ayurvedic practitioner. We can provide product information but we are not in a position to give medical advice.

Currently our products are ordered online through our website. If you are having difficulty placing an order online, call us during office hours and we will walk you through it or help you place it another way.

Shipping is available on all orders across India with no minimum order value. You do not need a coupon code or a specific cart amount.

Yes. If you are a retailer, pharmacy, clinic, or distributor interested in stocking our products, please contact us by phone or email with your details and requirements. We will get back to you with our wholesale terms.
